Your Power of Attorney, Signed Right.
Specializing in POAs only, we bring compassionate, come-to-you notary service to the mobility-limited.
Familiar?
You need a Power of Attorney signed, but nothing about the process is straightforward. Maybe you’ve already tried:
- Downloading a generic POA template online, only to find out it’s missing language California requires.
- Asking your bank or a family member’s care facility to “just notarize it,” only to be turned away.
- Calling a random mobile notary, who shows up unsure of what a POA actually needs, and it was done incorrectly.
- Waiting for a “good day” to get Mom or Dad to a notary’s office, because they can’t travel easily anymore.
Lived It
I understand the whirlwind of emotions this situation brings. I felt the heartbreak of watching my own grandfather’s decline from Alzheimer’s, and it taught me why compassion matters as much as paperwork. I felt the embarrassment of going back to a client’s home four times over small mistakes on their POA. I felt the gravity of a client’s situation when she almost accidentally gave away control of her savings because she didn’t understand the form.
Qualified
There are many notaries, but we’re the only exclusively Power of Attorney notary service. Early in my career, I spent weekends driving mobility-limited clients to appointments, learning patience and compassion. This led me to create the Compassionate Signing Agent course, which every team member completes. Our team is NNA certified, background-checked, and insured. If you’re tired of worrying, we’re here to give peace of mind.

Peace of Mind
Every POA is reviewed for accuracy and properly notarized before it’s finalized, so you know your documents will hold up when they’re needed, without second-guessing.

Family Harmony
Correctly naming and documenting agent authority removes ambiguity over who’s in charge, so families avoid disputes and stay focused on supporting each other.

Legacy Protected
By clearly naming who can manage your business, property, and assets, your POA keeps your legacy from being mismanaged, contested, or lost to confusion.
The Process
Step 1: Schedule Your POA Signing

Book your Power of Attorney signing and consult with your attorney with any questions about which forms are necessary. Choose a date and time that works for you and we’ll handle the rest.
Step 2: We Come To You When it's Convenient

Have your UNEXPIRED government photo ID ready. We’ll come, review the documents, and notarize them. We triple check that everything is signed correctly, usually in about 30 minutes.
Step 3: Breathe Easy

Your POA is signed, valid, and ready when you need it, so you and your family can stop worrying and get back to what matters.
